RETURN POLICY


Please refer to our individual listings for specific REFUND POLICIES.
All returns MUST HAVE a prior authorization before any return will be processed. Please email us within seven (7) days of delivery to qualify for possible return.

All returned items will be shipped at buyers expense and will be returned to you by the original payment method once processed. Please allow 3-5 days for receipt of product, then 3-5 days for processing of return.

All returns must be authorized by contacting Sales@realstonecarving.com or using the contact form before shipment to our facility. Any items mailed to us that are not pre-authorized will not be accepted as a return. All items must be in original quality for a full refund to qualify.

My stone is lost. What do I do next?


We take great pride in partnering with the USPS to ship our packages using their Priority Flat Rate to save our customers money. Rarely, we do have a box go missing. In that instance, please contact us and we will do everything we can to either locate your package or replace it all together.

My stone is damaged. What can be done?


Once in a great while, we have a damaged stone come to our attention. It doesn't happen often, but we recognize it does and want to be here to help in case it does. And we like to be here to work with our customers to get the issue resolved to everyone's satisfaction.

That's why we want you to contact us.

The easiest way to contact us is by either emailing sales@real-stonecarving.com or using our Contact Us page. We will evaluate the situation and in most instances simply replace the stone.
